Michelle has driven client success for the last decade of her career. She came to Finch because of the enthusiastic, motivating leadership and company culture. Starting as a Director, Michelle became the VP of Client Success after growing her team. She excels in developing key revenue growth strategies for enterprise clients, oftentimes doubling (or tripling) their business. Outside of the office, she enjoys long distance running and driving Subaru factory rally cars at top speed.

Sherri Healy, Google

Sherri is an Agency Development Manager at Google, focusing on strategic growth and development with Premier Google Partners like Finch. Prior to joining Google, she launched and built her career working with traditional media clients with a heavy emphasis and digital focus. She thoroughly enjoys helping customers reach and exceed their business objectives through Google's robust product suite. Outside of work Sherri is a lover of sharks (the animal), an avid retail therapy enthusiast and a YouTube junkie.
