Finch is looking for an Office Manager to keep our Salt Lake City headquarters running smoothly. Primary responsibilities include office management, executive assistance, help with recruiting, and event planning. Must be outgoing and charismatic with attention to detail, be extremely efficient, organized and resourceful. The candidate is expected to proactively identify additional projects and activities.
Client Success Manager-Danish Speaking
This position is located in Dublin, Ireland
Finch is looking for a Danish-speaking Client Success Manager to proactively grow our Nordic region client's businesses. The role of the Client Success Manager involves learning to understand a client’s business and using our Finch automation software to drive client growth through paid search. We are looking for proactive, ambitious problem solvers who like to interact with clients and challenge their thinking. An ideal candidate is someone who is confident, outgoing, and has a lot of passion for digital advertising. This candidate has experience with AdWords, is fluent with numbers and quick at learning new tools and processes. Finch Client Success Managers work with a team but also take personal initiative to solve client's problems. This person must be analytical to help diagnose and solve client performance issues
We are seeking a product manager to help lead the direction and delivery of our Finch platform. This individual must be able to work closely with our engineering, marketing, sales and client success teams to improve the communication and delivery of our platform. The Product Manager must have prior experience working in SaaS or Ad Tech along with the ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
Account Director - DACH (German Speaking)
This position is located in Dublin, Ireland
Finch is looking for German-speaking Account Director to proactively grow our DACH region client's businesses. The role involves learning to understand clients’ businesses and drive growth using our Finch paid search automation software. We are looking for an ambitious consultative seller who is a strong relationship builder and able to challenge client’s senior stakeholders e.g. CEOs and CMOs. An ideal candidate is someone who is confident, outgoing, and has a lot of passion for digital advertising. As a senior team member, Account Director owns the key client relationships and coordinates the team’s junior Client Success Managers. Experience with team member empowerment and coaching are preferred though not required.
Client Success Manager - AdWords
This position is located in Salt Lake City, UT, Dublin, Ireland or Munich/Ulm, Germany
Finch is looking for Client Success Managers to proactively grow our client's accounts. This will require very good AdWords knowledge and the ability to learn new internal tools. Candidate will work with team members, but also take personal initiative to solve client's problems and improve our client's paid search experience. Ideal candidates are able to understand client's business needs and have the technical skills required to implement solutions. This person must be analytical to help diagnose and solve client performance issues. We are looking for someone who is confident, outgoing and has a lot of passion for paid search marketing.
