Finch is looking for a superstar Director of Marketing to aggressively drive our growth plans.
This primarily involves developing, planning, and executing strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence. The perfect candidate for this position is able to employ digital marketing techniques, drive creativity, and lead a marketing team.

Finch is looking for a dynamic individual who has the ability to think critically and completely understand a process from start to finish to join our growing company. They need to be able to not only reconcile an account and make journal entries but be able to understand and articulate how and why. They need to be able to apply analytical review of their work and must have great attention detail. In addition, this individual must be comfortable working cross-functionally with various departments of the company. This role will help maintain General Ledger accounts and business transactions of the company, and be responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. The position reports to the Controller. The position is based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Finch is looking for Client Success Managers to proactively grow our client's accounts. This will require very good AdWords knowledge and the ability to learn new internal tools. Candidate will work with team members, but also take personal initiative to solve client's problems and improve our client's paid search experience. Ideal candidates be able to understand client's business needs and have the technical skills required to implement solutions. This person must be analytical to help diagnose and solve client performance issues. We are looking for someone who is confident, outgoing, and has a lot of passion for paid search marketing. They must be able and willing to intelligently communicate with clients.
